I'd rather focus on my plan to take over the world.
But You can be ehad of the Bio Warefare Devision provided you show enough potential, and things to show for.

Metals rust because they contain iron, which reacts to form an oxide known as rust. That's why iron's symbol is Fe, because metals which rust are known as ferrous metals. Oxygen doesn't dissolve metal, it's used along with hydrogen or coal gas in blow torches for welding however, but on its own doesn't dissolve metals. Rubidium burns with a yellowish/violet, not orange/gold, and potassium burns violet. Dry ice is frozen carbon dioxide, not frozen air, and the gas given off is because of sublimation, where it changes state directly from solid to gas under normal atmospheric conditions. That makes no sense at all.
/End rant, for now at least .
Sorry about that, I really, really had to say somethin, it was burnin at the back of my mind (no pun intended lol). Also I have to agree with Celestial Beaver, I'm not sure about all the theory you've devised, the spelling's dodgy and the information about certain things isn't technically sound.

Thank you for making me look like a compleat dumbass.
Guess what? Carbon Dioxide is part of air,
I got the colours messed up? ok so what its been long Time.
Its symbole is Fe because in french its spellt Fer. Like many other elements there abrivations are from French or latin, Not english.
The gas is there, I got the term wrong, big whoop, the only difference is that sublimation does not go threw the liquide state, still the same idea.
"makes no sense at all" How about just because you don't understand it doesn't mean it doesn't make any sense, unless you go ahead and make me look like a bigger dumbass. Thank you for rainnning on my damned parade. Keep your rants to yourself.

Metals rust when iron compounds corrode in the presence of oxygen and water =/
Iron's symbol is Fe because it's Latin name is Ferrum.
If you're going to rant, get your facts straight.

No they don't. Not all. Metals containing Iron rust, otherwise gold would have no value Sorry, if we're correcting everyone else I figured I might as well join in!
Anyways, I'm seeing your average sword hilt, and then, instead of a blade, you have a metal perforated pipe in a "fork" pattern. From the sword hilt comes a rubber tube which runs down your arm to a gas cannister strapped to your back. On the hilt itself is a small spark button to start off the flame (just like a gas cooker)...I'm seeing this as a potential solution. Maybe you should get a mad TV show to try to invent it...like the american one which I have forgotten the name of!

Um, read what's after "metals rust". Don't snip and and correct something that is already correct.

Heh, sorry, was just being cheeky! My bad! Although now I read it back again you do imply all metals contain iron...

Though it seems to me that it implies that metals would need iron to start off the reaction >_>
